Prof. Aynampudi Subbarao (A.S. Rao) is President of the Indian Innovators Association. He is encouraging Indian startups to go global and helping them by showcasing them in International Innovation Fairs. He was Advisor in the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology, and is serving as Advisor/ Consultant / Mentor of selected organisations- IITH, VNRVJIET, Foundation for MSME Clusters, Start-up Villages etc.
He was elected as member of the Executive Committee of International Federation of Inventors Associations (IFIA) and invited to join A.P State Government Committee on Innovation Society. He is Visiting Professor, Innovation & Incubation at IIT, Hyderabad and mentoring Students, Researchers, Faculty on IP, Innovation, Incubation etc and the Director, Center for Projects Mobilization and Globalization. His Specialties are: R&D project management, Intellectual Property, Technology Transfer, Taking innovation to market, igniting minds, start-up support, unleashing creativity, open innovation network, Innovation Clusters.
