ICS-SITARA webinar on Building a Cybersecure, Indigenous ICT network

SITARA was privileged to partner with the Institute of Chinese Studies to discuss the challenges in building a domestic telecom network. India’s domestic companies have been decimated by unfair Chinese bidding practices. The dominance of Chinese and foreign OEMs also opens us up to cybersecurity challenges, as is increasingly evident. At the same time, Government has been listening to our pleas and has passed several measures on National Security grounds to ensure that in future Indian Networks will be solidly Indian. Nevertheless, many challenges in implementation and policy gaps remain, so we will continue working on them. Do watch the proceedings here.
