SITARA drew PM’s attention to the implications of allowing IBM, an MNC, access through a so-called Centre for Excellence for AI “in partnership with GeM”. GeM is a concrete demonstration of Atmanirbharta, as it was built with domestic resources and stores highly valuable data.
