Raghuveer BK is the CEO & Cofounder of Nivetti Systems. Nivetti Systems is one of India’s leading deep-tech companies with products and solutions in the space of Secure Networking and Cyber Security. Raghuveer BK spent close to 24 years at Infosys in multiple technology leadership positions and was Vice President before he founded Nivetti Systems. Nivetti Systems is a spin-out of Infosys. Raghuveer was responsible for many strategic technology initiatives while at Infosys, including creation of Product incubation unit, Product Engineering Business Unit and other Telecom projects. Raghuveer has global experience over the past 20+ years and has successfully lead some strategic projects for global technology majors during his stay in SFO and Boston areas.
Raghuveer is a firm believer in that India should be a technology leader and achieve self-sufficiency in next generation technologies like 5G, Cyber Security, AI/ML applications across all domain, Robotics and Healthcare. He recognised the need for Secure and Trustworthy Communications technology that is required for India more than a decade back and convinced Infosys executive management to support creation of fully indigenous and Secure Networking technologies. The outcome of that vision is Nivetti Systems.
Raghuveer is a technologist with deep expertise in Internet technologies, Cyber Security strategies , Cloud and newer domains like AI/ML, 5G and Edge computing. He has been an invited speaker in many conferences over the past decade both in India and abroad. In addition to company leadership, he is also a hands-on technologies specifically in Networking and Cyber Security domains. He has personally been involved hand-on whenever there has been some critical and urgent requirements for Government on areas of Security across Networking Infrastructure, Mobile applications and IoT/Smart Devices space.
He is a Member of the working group of Internet technologies that has been setup by Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Govt of India. He is an Advisor for a few companies in Electric Mobility and Security space. He is also advisor to one of India’s leading Technology University and has been actively involved in shaping the future of Computer Science education in this University. He is also a mentor under the Atal Innovation Mission of Niti Aayog. He is also the co-ordinator for Kannada translations of Khan Academy and more than 100 videos of Khan Academy has been translated to Kannada and made available to Government schools in Karnataka.
